Hours: Rotating shifts – 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday (weekly rotation)
The Opportunity: We’re working with a forward-thinking, environmentally focused organisation looking to add a Supervisor to their production team. As a Supervisor, you’ll be leading a team of 5–8 operatives in a highly efficient, purpose-built site where quality, safety, and output really matter. This Supervisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, motivating teams, and driving performance while working closely with engineering and management contacts to minimise downtime and hit production targets.
