We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Operations who brings more than just manufacturing experience... we’re looking for personality. This Head of Operations role is perfect for someone who thrives on leading people, creating accountability and building a high-performing culture where everyone understands the goal and wants to achieve it. You’ll be the driving force behind the operation, ensuring the factory runs safely, efficiently and profitably while helping the shop floor team maximise their bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the site management team
- Drive operational performance across production, quality and efficiency
- Create a positive, accountable culture where people enjoy coming to work
- Ensure Health & Safety is always the number one priority
- Improve productivity, reduce waste and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and implement changes that deliver real results
- Support production planning and ensure customer expectations are consistently achieved
- Develop teams, improve engagement and help employees reach bonus targets through strong operational performance
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience as a Head of Operations or senior manufacturing leader
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Experience improving factory performance and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Commercial awareness with a continuous improvement mindset
Desirable:
- Lean Manufacturing qualification
- IOSH or NEBOSH
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations
