What you\’ll be doing: 🔹 Supporting a team of sales reps by logging calls & preparing quotes 🔹 Processing orders & managing customer files with precision 🔹 Scheduling installations & site surveys like a pro 🔹 Liaising with manufacturing & logistics to ensure a smooth operation 🔹 Preparing essential documentation (O&M manuals, RAMS, order packs) 🔹 Communicating with customers & internal teams to guarantee top service What we need from you: ✔️ A master of organisation & multitasking ✔️ Sharp attention to detail—nothing slips past you! ✔️ Experience in sales support or project coordination ✔️ Proficiency in spreadsheets & SAP (preferred) ✔️ Excellent communication skills to liaise with sales, manufacturing & customers 💡 Why wait?
