Fully Skilled CNC Machine Programmer / Setter / Operator
Location: Roberttown, Liversedge (WF15)
Rate: Up to £20.00 per hour
Hours: 39 per week – Day Shift
- Monday–Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00
- Friday: 06:00 – 11:00 (flexible 07:00–16:00 shift can be agreed)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Set, program, and operate CNC milling machines with accuracy and efficiency
- Produce small batch components to exact specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Carry out dimensional and visual inspections to ensure components meet quality standards
- Work as part of a team and support other areas of the business during quieter periods
- Follow company processes, procedures, and work to set KPIs and production targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced in setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines
- Familiar with Fanuc i0 controls
- Strong attention to detail with excellent measuring and machining skills
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
