Job Overview: 10 Dollar Shake is a bar operator and events company, accredited as a Real Living Wage provider. We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing hospitality agency roster. As an ad-hoc team member, you’ll have the opportunity to work at a variety of indoor and outdoor events, including corporate functions, weddings, private parties, music festivals, and even whisky distilleries. Our in-house training programme offers an opportunity to upskill with incentives and rewards along the way. This is a dynamic and rewarding position that requires excellent customer service skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient and attentive service to our clients and their guests, creating a rapport and exceeding their expectations. Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, according to the venues drinks list and recipe specifications. Stock Management: Assist with the set-up, restock and breakdown of the bar, ensuring an adequate supply of glassware, stock and other essential items.
