Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions, process orders, answer calls, and respond to emails.
  • Support the Inside Sales Manager with tasks that help meet UK & Ireland business objectives.
  • Support monthly objectives for revenue and new customer acquisition.
  • Deliver exceptional account management, including generation of regular patient lists and renewals documentation.
  • Deal with hospital/procurement related queries.
  • Proactively follow up with hospitals to strengthen and grow relationships.
  • Utilize Salesforce to organize daily activities and accurately record all customer interactions.
  • Create reports using strong Excel skills.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Dexcom products and confidently handle enquiries related to self-funded patients and their user journey.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in customer account management and inside sales.
  • High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of dealing with complex customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and take initiative in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with NHS, CCG, Health Boards and Foundation Trust structure.
  • Knowledge of diabetes desirable; willingness to learn is a must.
  • Suitable for a college leaver; full training will be provided.
  • Must live within commuting distance of the assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
