*Responsibilities*
* Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
* Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials prior to appointments
* Sterilise and maintain dental instruments in accordance with health and safety standards
* Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions, answering any queries they may have
* Record patient details accurately using IT systems, maintaining confidentiality at all times
* Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
* Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times
* Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless care delivery
*Qualifications*
* National Diploma in Dental Nursing
* Proven experience in patient care within a dental or healthcare setting
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Basic IT skills for managing electronic health records and appointment scheduling
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
* Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating professionalism and empathy towards patients
