Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end online trading for the PerfectDraft website, shaping an outstanding consumer experience that supports commercial goals. You’ll work with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Technology and European teams to translate product ranges, promotions and campaigns into compelling online journeys. You combine operational execution with consumer insight and continuous improvement to boost conversion and engagement. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of PerfectDraft’s growth, offering ownership over roadmap, testing, and cross-channel collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own daily website trading and merchandising, executing promotional plans across the site
  • Manage product listings, promotions and content on homepage, listing, and product display pages
  • Ensure pricing, availability, content and promotional messaging are accurate and timely
  • Champion a consumer-first online experience across kegs, machines, bundles and merchandise, resolving website issues quickly
  • Drive website optimisation using customer, trading and behavioural data to increase conversion and engagement
  • Lead testing and optimisation initiatives from business case to implementation and review
  • Define and report website KPIs, trends and test results for senior stakeholders
  • Shape the website roadmap and share best practices with European e-commerce teams
  • Support commercial and promotional planning on online campaigns, product ranges, promotions, bundles and placement
  • Collaborate with CRM, Social, Brand and Content teams for consistent cross-channel journeys
