In this role you will support BBG’s UK and expanding Ireland operations from London, guiding commercial negotiations and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with brand teams and European colleagues to enable growth while managing disputes, governance, and innovative legal workflows. You’ll shape sponsorships and procurement agreements for iconic beer brands, contributing to a sustainable and inclusive culture. This is a hands-on, fast-paced legal position with a clear impact on the business.

Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation and drafting of sales, sponsorship, and outsourced service agreements (logistics, procurement, warehousing)
- Handle major sponsorships with entities like FIFA World Cup, Olympics, Wimbledon, FA and partners such as Live Nation and Netflix
- Collaborate with brand marketing to ensure legally compliant brand campaigns
- Apply competition law in commercial decision-making
- Support digitisation of legal workflows and responsible AI adoption
- Manage commercial disputes and litigation
- Support product and packaging innovation in coordination with local and global teams
- Assist the Company Secretary with Companies House filings
- Contribute to BBG’s annual compliance training program
Key requirements
- Qualified as a Solicitor in the UK or other relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience supporting or working for a consumer organisation (desirable)
