Recently obtained a Class A CDL? 10-4 Logistics is recruiting recent CDL Class A graduates to join our regional fleet based in Norfolk, VA, serving the Eastern U.S. We provide paid, over-the-road finish training and offer tuition reimbursement to assist with repayment of training expenses.
Compensation and Tuition Reimbursement: Paid over-the-road finish training with an experienced mentor; guaranteed earnings of $1,600+ per week during training and an aggressive tuition reimbursement program.

Training Focus / What You Will Learn:
- Advanced backing and tight-quarters maneuvering in East Coast urban and port environments, including Hampton Roads area operations.
- Electronic Logging Device (ELD) operation and full compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) rules.
- Safe and efficient operation of late-model diesel equipment (2024–2026).
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL obtained from an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).
- Clean driving record.
