We are looking for a natural people person, expert cocktail crafter, and outstanding Bar Supervisor to help lead the beverage offering at 1.Warwick.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day bar operations during shifts
- Lead, motivate, and support bar staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain stock control, ordering, and wastage management
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Open and close the bar when required
- Train new team members and support ongoing staff development
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a bar (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails, beers, and spirits
- Good understanding of licensing laws and responsible alcohol service
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
