Role Description: This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Solar Installer located in Bridgend. The Solar Installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar PV systems on various property types. Daily responsibilities include working with solar panels, ensuring proper installation, handling power and hand tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The Solar Installer will collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality and efficient installations that meet both client and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Solar Power systems and the Solar Industry
- Experience working with Solar Systems, including installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in handling Power Tools and Hand Tools safely and effectively
