A well-established, high-growth Microsoft Partner is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Principal Consultant to join its expanding ERP practice. This is a confidential opportunity with a consultancy investing heavily in AI, automation, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in delivering Business Central SaaS solutions while helping clients embrace Copilot, AI capabilities, and intelligent Agents.

The Role

You will lead full lifecycle ERP projects — from discovery and solution design through to go-live and ongoing optimisation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you\’ll guide clients on process improvement, AI readiness, and technology strategy while building long-term partnerships. This position suits an experienced BC Consultant ready to step into a more senior, influential role with leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations
• Conduct business process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities
• Configure and tailor BC SaaS solutions aligned to client strategy
• Advise on AI readiness, Copilot, and automation strategies
• Work closely with developers on bespoke extensions and integrations
• Oversee data migration and user adoption
• Deliver stakeholder workshops and executive-level engagement
• Provide post-go-live support and strategic guidance

Required Experience

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Solid finance and core ERP process knowledge
• Confident discussing AI, Copilot, and automation at a strategic level
• Experience working within structured delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Microsoft certifications highly desirable
• 2-5+ years\’ experience in ERP consulting (Microsoft-focused preferred)
