We are seeking a customer-focused Field Engineer to support multiple sites, ensuring reliable IT services. In this varied role, you will maintain IT hardware and network infrastructure, install and support software, and provide 2nd line technical support across a range of equipment including desktops, iPads, printers and telephony. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver robust technical solutions, and help drive improvements to the client infrastructure.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 2nd Line Support role
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, networking, and common user applications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
- Self-motivated, organised, and solutions-focused with a strong customer service approach
