IT Support Technician Coventry We are supporting a growing Coventry-based organisation seeking an IT Support Technician to join their expanding IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, has a passion for technology, and wants to build their skills in a supportive environment. The Role * Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues * Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi * Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous IT improvements Requirements * Experience in an IT support or Helpdesk environment * Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking basics, and Microsoft Office * Experience resolving common hardware and basic software issues Key Attributes * Clear communicator with technical and non-technical users * Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset * Team player, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks * Motivated to learn and grow technically If you’re looking to take the next step in your IT career with a welcoming and growing team in Coventry, we’d love to hear from you
