Are you a confident 1st Line Engineer with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment? Do you thrive on delivering excellent customer service and want to be part of a company that truly supports your growth? We’re working with a leading MSP based in Central London that’s looking for a proactive and ambitious 1st Line Support Engineer to join their support team.
Key Responsibilities:- MSP background essential - you're used to a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like ConnectWise or similar RMM/PSA platforms
- A can-do attitude with a passion for IT support and customer service
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
