We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their shopping needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, with strong communication skills.

We have both full and part time positions available, with part time mainly to cover weekends but in peak season, may have the opportunity to increase hours to cover more days.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
  • Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
  • Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting additional items.
  • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability.
  • Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management to ensure optimal product placement.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backroom areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
