1 Stop Healthcare are one of the fastest growing companies in East Anglia therefore we are looking to employ a highly motivated dedicated individual to fill the vacant Recruitment Talent Coordinator position in our office in Colchester. The position is part-time – hours/days can be negotiable, on a maternity fixed-term basis.
Responsibilities
- The management of staff profiles and completing the onboarding documents
- Ensuring all aspects of the recruitment information are obtained
- Creating staff profiles and confirmation forms
- Creating job adverts
- Researching best candidates to fill in vacant roles
- Interviewing
- Establishing and building relationships with new and existing clients
- Arranging and booking shifts with the care staff to cover the clients needs
- Uploading/Creating of shifts onto the correct databases
Essential Skills
- High level of Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- A team orientated work ethic
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office
- The ability to use and show initiative when working to deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in recruitment or healthcare is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge in the care quality commission regulations
- Experience with rota management
- Driving licence
