Descripiton du poste :

  • 1 poste à pourvoir dès que possible
  • L'auxiliaire de vie intervient auprès des personnes fragiles afin de les accompagner dans les actes de la vie quotidienne en assurant des soins de santé primaires, psychologiques, éducatifs et de l'accompagnement social et récréatif.
  • Vous accompagnerez des personnes âgées et/ou en situation de handicap.

Vos missions seront :

  • Aide à la toilette et à l'habillage
  • Aide à la préparation et à la prise des repas
  • Aide aux courses
  • Assurer l'hygiène et le confort des personnes accompagnées
  • Entretien du logement et du linge
  • Accompagnement à la vie sociale : aide administrative, sorties, stimulation, écoute et surveillance, …
  • Veiller au bien être et à la sécurité des personnes accompagnées
  • Contribuer à leur autonomie et épanouissement

Vos conditions d'emploi seront :

  • Temps partiel de 100h à 130h/mois
  • Disponibilité le week-end (1 sur 5 en moyenne)
  • Rémunération selon la catégorie de la Convention Collective de la Branche de l'aide, de l'Accompagnement, des soins et des services à domicile (BAD) : A partir de 1984€ brut/mois au prorata temporis
  • Diplôme et ancienneté valorisés financièrement

Profile recherché :

  • 6 mois d'expérience et/ou diplôme du secteur sanitaire et social (DEAVS, DEAES, BEP ou BAC PRO Assistant.e de vie aux famille, CAP Petite enfance, …)
  • Aisance relationnelle avec le public de personnes âgées, en situation de handicap et fragilisées
  • Qualités professionnels : adaptation, sens de l'écoute, autonomie, rigueur, organisation, obligation de discrétion, de respect et d’honnêteté.
