Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at 1 Mill Street in Royal Leamington Spa, focused on developing and supporting AI-related initiatives within the community. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with members to explore AI use cases, providing guidance on AI tools and workflows, and supporting AI-driven projects and events. The role involves creating clear documentation, resources, and training materials to help non-technical users adopt AI solutions, as well as working closely with internal teams to integrate AI into operational processes. The individual will also engage with the wider community, gathering feedback, identifying opportunities for innovation, and contributing to a culture of ethical and responsible AI use.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and explain AI concepts, tools, and workflows to diverse audiences, including non-technical users.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, entrepreneurs, or start-ups to support technology-driven projects.
- Strong communication skills, including clear writing, presentation, and the ability to create user-friendly documentation or training materials.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for identifying opportunities to improve processes using AI or automation.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced coworking environment and engaging positively with a wide range of community members.
- Interest in ethical, responsible, and inclusive use of AI technologies.
- Background in technology, data, or innovation (formal education or equivalent practical experience) is beneficial.
- Prior experience in coworking spaces, creative communities, or community-focused roles is a plus.
