About you

  • Passionate about food and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience as a Culinary Director or Executive Chef.
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and experience alongside excellent knowledge of great financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
  • Creative, driven and passionate, with a positive mindset.
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
