As a Security Supervisor (Team Leader), you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and team members. Supporting the Security Manager and Director of Security, you will oversee daily security operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, discretion, and service are maintained at all times.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring security systems, coordinating team activities, managing incident response, and ensuring compliance with local safety regulations. With a proactive and guest-focused approach, you will also assist in risk assessments, emergency planning, and staff training to uphold our brands commitment to excellence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the on-shift security team to ensure effective coverage and performance

• Monitor and manage access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems

• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner

• Coordinate shift handovers, patrols, and daily operational briefings

• Maintain clear and accurate security and incident reports

• Support investigations and liaise with relevant authorities when necessary

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing laws

• Participate in risk assessments and emergency preparedness initiatives

• Assist in training and mentoring new security team members
