We're currently looking for a seasoned Pastry Chef De Partie who thrives within a mission-driven environment, creates change through culinary innovation, and is a proven and effective leader, with the talent and desire to imagine unique, locally-sourced, unforgettable dishes. About you...
- Passionate about food and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of bakery operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
