- What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Executive, you'll be speaking with customers who are looking for insurance solutions, understanding their needs and recommending the most suitable products.
You'll be responsible for
- Converting inbound enquiries into sales
- Building rapport and long‑term customer relationships
- Providing excellent customer service from quotation through to policy completion
- Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and customer value
- Working towards achievable daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensuring all sales comply with FCA regulations and company procedures
