, you'll be supporting existing customers throughout their insurance journey, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and delivers a positive experience.

You'll be responsible for

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Processing policy amendments, and general servicing requests
  • Providing accurate information about customers' insurance policies
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Building strong relationships through excellent customer service
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and company procedures
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction
