1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Teams.

We’re the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, known for our professional, friendly team members and clean, shiny blue trucks.

  • Truck Team Member – General Labour / Customer Service / Driver
  • Hiring Immediately for Full-Time & Part-Time - must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week.

Shift start times can vary between 7:30 am to 11 am and are typically 8-12hrs.

We operate 7-days a week with various shifts and days available.

  • Starting pay: $19/hour plus tips (cash tips daily and card tips on every pay cheque) and performance bonuses (paid monthly).

About the position

  • Each shift starts at our centrally located office where you'll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
  • You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
  • You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities
  • Be part of a company that has not missed a day of work since the pandemic started, work in a stable environment and rely on a job when times get tough.

About you

  • Must be 21+ years of age for driving positions (for insurance purposes)
  • A valid driver's license (Full G License or better)
  • A safe, responsible driver with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
  • Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
  • Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience a plus!
