About Us: At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we're a fast-paced and fun operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items responsibly. We do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service and friendly uniformed team. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Pay Range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr+ (Total Compensation)

  • $18 Base hourly rate
  • Profit share & performance incentives
  • Overtime

Schedule: Full-time

  • 1 mandatory weekend shift
  • 3–4 weekday shifts
  • Shifts run 8–10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, depending on business needs
  • Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient and safe junk removal services.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew members on client sites.
  • Monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring maintenance and compliance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Facilitation of quality field service
  • Truck maintenance
  • Damages and Complaints/Customer outreach

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in our trucks as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Available to work mornings, nights and weekends.

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):

  • DOT Medical Certification: A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles. Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
