About the Role
As a Truck Team Member, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while performing physical, hands-on tasks.
From junk removal to recycling and donations, you’ll be making a difference for people in your community.
Plus, you'll engage in sales activities that drive revenue and create lasting relationships with customers.
What You’ll Do
- Junk Removal: Lift, carry, and load a variety of items safely and efficiently into the truck.
- Sorting and Recycling: Identify items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal.
- Site Clean-Up: Ensure the job site is spotless after each removal, leaving customers impressed.
- Friendly Interactions: Greet customers warmly, explain our services, and answer their questions.
- Problem Solving: Offer solutions tailored to customers’ unique junk removal needs.
- Upsell Services: Identify and recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

- Driver's License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes).
