About the Role

Lead Generation Co‑ordinator in Telford, responsible for driving business growth by supporting marketing and sales functions and increasing brand visibility across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering marketing campaigns that increase visibility of the brand, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with brand values and positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing support functions across business areas to improve local activities and exchange best practice.
  • Monitor KPIs, industry developments, competitors and report results internally.
  • Review, assess and qualify incoming leads from multiple channels (website, campaigns, events) against agreed criteria before passing to the sales team.
  • Engage prospective customers and partners via calls, emails and Salesforce CRM workflows to nurture interest and progress leads through the funnel.
  • Maintain and update lead and customer data in Salesforce CRM, ensuring high data quality and providing insights for marketing and sales optimisation.
  • Assist in launching and monitoring lead generation campaigns, tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales or partner contacts and support the conversion of marketing leads into sales‑ready opportunities through structured follow‑up and nurturing.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to marketing and sales teams and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of leads, contacts and engagement activities.
  • Support lead scoring, segmentation and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with data handling and GDPR requirements.
  • Track personal performance metrics such as call volumes, conversion rates and qualified leads generated, and clearly communicate key value propositions and product offerings during outbound engagement.

Pay

Annual salary £19,800.00 – £37,200.00, with potential short‑term cash incentives subject to plan requirements.
