The main goal of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities and grow sales in conjunction with our specification and national accounts teams in the Northern UK.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of key account management of nominated direct customers (A/C installation companies) and work to establish new business with contractors.
- Identify new contractors and onboard them as direct trading accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and develop new direct business.
- Offer guidance and assistance on correct use and application of our products.
- Provide industry knowledge and guidance on legislation to ensure future protection.
- Promote Carrier & Toshiba USP’s.
- Technical knowledge of VRF and split systems with a proven sales track record within the UK.
- Strong sales background in HVAC, specifically the VRF market, dealing with installing contractors and M&E’s.
- Knowledge of HVACR industry.
- HND/C&G Engineering or related subject.
- Current UK driving licence.
- Base salary + SIP.
- Company vehicle or cash allowance.
- 25 days holidays plus bank holidays.

- Pay range: £42,000–£84,000 annually, depending on skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
