Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prioritise, and manage a team of technicians according to established programs.
- Optimise the usage of manpower, standard time, and equipment.
- Drive commissioning schedules, ensuring all milestones are met safely and efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, collect feedback, respond to key complaints, and implement improvement plans to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the meticulous completion and timely submission of all RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and ensure all activities are fully documented.
- Solve day-to-day client and technical issues encountered by the team, escalating critical or complex business-impact issues to senior management.
Requirements
- Management Skills: Strong grasp of basic management approaches, including work scheduling, task prioritising, coaching, and process execution. Proven working experience in a similar role / supporting a team to deliver complex projects.
- Technical Expertise: Specialised knowledge of technical or operational practices (Data Centre commissioning process Levels 1-5 preferred). Ideally have knowledge of HVAC systems and/or Data Centres and commissioning programs.
- Mobility: Based in London/South East but fully flexible and ready to travel across the UK and Ireland as project demands require.
- Education & Experience: Ideally have a University Degree and a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience. Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Pay Range: £34,500.00-£69,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
