Location: Thames Valley / M4 Corridor

Contract type: Full time, permanent

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, research, and qualify potential customers using Carrier’s installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor sites.
  • Ensure all newly installed units have a proactive maintenance contract offer presented prior to warranty expiry.
  • Make effective sales presentations, conduct customer needs assessments, answer questions, and secure new maintenance agreements.
  • Establish customer rapport and employ questioning techniques to identify prospect’s needs, budget, decision‑making process, timeline, and next steps.
  • Perform site surveys and facility walkthroughs to identify equipment conditions and create proposals for maintenance agreements.
  • Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce to track opportunities and develop an active backlog.
  • Collaborate with operations to deliver high‑quality maintenance agreements and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Strong service sales background.
  • Familiarity with the Chiller, HVAC, or Heat‑Pump marketplace is a bonus, or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire necessary knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to make calls to prospective customers, handle inquiries, and develop them into project wins and new revenue.
  • UK driving licence.
  • IT literate with MS Office skills.
