As part of our customer support function in the Pumps & Power division, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to our clients as a Customer Service Centre Agent.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all daily administration within our Depot network to a high standard, including on‑hires, off‑hires & exchanges.
  • Be the first point of contact when customers call.
  • Liaise and work effectively with the company’s operational & sales teams.
  • Pro‑actively identify and develop “New Business” opportunities to grow our sales pipeline & conversions in conjunction with our strategic goals.
  • Work to specified timelines in an efficient manner to achieve converting all opportunities to wins for the Carrier Rental Systems business.

  • Previous customer service or sales support experience.
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written.

What We Offer

  • Base salary + 15% bonus.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between £24,785.00 – £49,420.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
