We are growing, with a new Connie’s opening in Brighton this winter and further London openings already planned for next year..

The Role

We are looking for anAssistant Manager to join our team and play an important role in our continued growth.. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help lead the restaurant, run shifts and ensure consistently high standards of service, hospitality and operations.. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting the FOH team during service..
• Running shifts confidently and taking ownership of daily operations..
• Delivering excellent guest service and handling feedback professionally..
• Supporting staff training, development and performance..
• Ensuring high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation..
• Supporting sales, labour, stock and cost control..
• Assisting with rotas, team organisation and day-to-day administration..
• Working closely with the GM to improve operations and develop the business..

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory position..
• A confident and hands-on leader who leads by example..
• Excellent communication and organisational skills..
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure..
• Strong hospitality and customer-service skills..
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of restaurant operations..
• Someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business..
