What You’ll be Doing:
- You will report directly to the Head of Regional Service.
- As an Operations Manager you will lead our field operational activity and associated business processes in the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective service, maintenance and works within the Fire and Security Value Stream.
- You will also have overall accountability to lead and develop our teams to ensure optimised productivity and service delivery to achieve sustained profitable growth.
- Customer ownership of customer portfolio and deliverables.
- Proactively meet with customers to nurture relationships.
- Manage people matters.
- Manage training, development, talent and succession.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety audits.
- Lead a safety-first culture adopting a target-zero mindset where all are accountable for safety.
- Drive momentum on completing inspections by month due.
- Review engineer performance and productivity.
- Review customer contracts.
- Drive sustainable growth and profitability.
