We are seeking a Security Engineer to serve customers across Lancaster, Blackburn, and Fylde. The role involves maintaining, inspecting, and supporting a diverse range of security systems in both commercial and domestic settings.

Location & Compensation

Location: Lancaster and surrounding areas. Salary: Opportunity to earn in excess of £50,000 (includes base, on‑call, and overtime). Base salary of £32,856 with additional supplements determined by experience. Work is localized to avoid long travel. Employees enjoy 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of security systems for a range of customers, from commercial to domestic installations.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs; plan your own day and visit customer premises across the region.
  • Provide technical advice on security best practices and help customers understand services offered.
  • Respond to service calls: troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Participate in a structured call‑out rota to provide after‑hours support and respond to urgent issues on a rotational schedule.
