Frontline (Part of Chubb Fire & Security) is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team based at our Chalfont St Peter’s Office (Hybrid role).

Role Overview

This role focuses on driving growth and retention of customer relationships, ensuring high‑quality customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high quality of customer experience by engaging the customer proactively and reactively to deliver high levels of customer success.
  • Research the customer business, identify key stakeholders for our value propositions, and build positive experiences.
  • Elevate the Frontline/Chubb Client Value Proposition (CVP) with existing customers in the complex enterprise marketplace.
  • Differentiating Frontline from other suppliers through value proposition insight and relevance.
  • Introduce compelling rationale with key stakeholders to invest time and budget in evaluating proposals.
  • Contact the customer to uncover unconsidered needs providing increased value.
  • Prepare persuasive discussion points that elevate the value of CVPs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and support functions to accelerate success across the organisation.
  • Achieve monthly and annual margin, revenue and renewals sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Good communication skills – ability to express technical and non‑technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven track record of achievements in prior roles, demonstrating resourcefulness and self‑resilience.
  • Strong organisational skills; ability to work under pressure and to learn in new environments.
  • Develop sales growth plans for each account to drive customer experience and increase share of wallet.
  • Demonstrable business acumen and adaptability.
  • Strong relationship building, rapport creating, listening and questioning skills.
  • Proficient IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Competitive base up to £60k DOE; OTE c £100k+ (uncapped).
