Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine servicing, testing, and maintenance of mechanical fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, mist systems).
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems remain compliant and fully operational.
  • Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure all work meets relevant standards and regulations (BS, LPC, NFPA, etc.).
  • Participate in on‑call rota for emergency callouts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on‑site.

  • Experience working with mechanical fire protection systems.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Full UK driving licence.
