If so, this role could be a perfect fit. You can do it fully remotely or work from one of our UK offices. We’re looking for a Tender Coordinator to join our UK Contracts & Tender Management team. This is a key role where you’ll help us win new work by coordinating bids and proposals with a collaborative, friendly team. You’ll gain exposure to multiple departments and work with experienced professionals who will support your development. Whether you’re from a commercial, admin, or project support background - or just someone with the right energy and willingness to learn - we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Monitor UK tender portals and flag opportunities to business development.
- Coordinate internal bid discussions and timelines.
- Review client documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs) and help shape our responses.
- Proofread and format high-quality proposals using company templates.
- Ensure timely submissions and follow up for feedback.
- Help build a growing library of winning materials and support continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and leadership teams.
