Job Description

Are you a motivated and ambitious industrial recruiter with a passion for winning new business, building relationships and thriving in a fast-paced environment?

Our high-performing Plymouth office is growing!! We have a brand-new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant focusing on blue collar and junior engineering roles across Devon & Cornwall.

Your role will involve:

  • Energetic business development: Making daily outbound calls to prospective clients, field sales visits, and attending networking events to foster long-term working partnerships.

  • Client meetings : Travelling to visit clients on-site across Devon & Cornwall to understand their unique requirements and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.

  • Candidate sourcing: Using job boards, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match.

  • Relationship building: Ensuring candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support during the entire recruitment journey.

  • Goal-oriented performance : Meeting targets, adhering to KPIs, and keeping track of your achievements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least one year in 360 agency recruitment or a B2B sales/Business Development/Tele Sales role.

  • Driving licence with access to own vehicle : Visiting clients across Devon & Cornwall

  • Resilience: Determined and dedicated to achieving success.

  • Multitasking : Capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.

  • Competitiveness : Strong work ethic and a competitive nature.

  • Motivation : Financially driven and ambitious.

  • Commercial Awareness : Keen understanding of business dynamics and excellent negotiation skills.
