£26,000 – £35,000 per annum + uncapped bonus

We’re expanding and looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to take the lead in the HR Sector, covering temporary, permanent, and contract roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business Development : Build and grow your client base through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Client Engagement : Meet clients face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Talent Sourcing : Use your creativity and network to find top-tier candidates.
  • Relationship Management : Be the trusted advisor for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Performance Driven : Hit your KPIs and celebrate your wins with a team that recognises your impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Recruitment – ideally within sales or a fast-paced sector.
  • Resilience & Drive – motivated by success and not afraid of a challenge.
  • Strong Communicator – confident in building relationships and influencing outcomes.
  • Hybrid Flexibility – after training, work 3/4 days in the office and 1/2 from home.
