At Reed Talent Solutions (RTS), with over 25 years of experience, we have assisted more than 600 clients with workforce challenges, including large-scale hiring and complex supply chain management.
As a Principal Consultant, your role will involve generating new clients and business, building relationships with senior leaders in public sector organizations. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and clear career progression paths, along with access to industry tools such as HubSpot CRM, Reed database, LinkedIn, and more.

We want talented individuals with the right skills and attitude, including ambition and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have:
- Successful sales experience and a proven record of winning new business
