A bit about what you will do:
Senior M&E Planning Executives lead by example and inspire the team to successfully execute the planning of confirmed meetings and events business while managing client relationships to ensure exceptional, unique, and memorable experiences are created. Support and develop M&E Planning executives to manage events once handed over from the enquiry team and ensure all information is compiled and recorded. Oversee events of 100 delegates and more, with primary focus on ballroom residential events. Maintain close contact with all organisers, ensuring that all their requirements are accurately recorded using every opportunity to maximise sales. Compile daily and weekly function sheets containing all necessary information, so the team receives operational details as per agreed timelines. Ensure all additional services required for clients are booked and supplied. Conduct site visits, food tastings, and hold pre-conference meetings to confirm all details prior to the event. Liaise between the client and the M&E Operational team. Stay knowledgeable about the current competitor set and their facilities.
