- Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters, providing support and assistance when necessary.
- Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Deal with last‑minute requests efficiently.

- Ensure function rooms are set up and well equipped to make both private and corporate events a resounding success.
