Collaborate with Marketing to develop and optimize promotional campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Build, maintain, and complete trade trackers that translate the trade plan into clear, operational activities and handoffs. Support Account Managers in driving seller adoption of category trading initiatives, such as seller-funded coupons and event participation.
  • Reporting & analysis: Produce and maintain weekly business review templates and provide analysis at total-category and initiative levels. Build and update reporting templates for buyer programs, surfacing trends and actionable insights. Work with Data/Analytics to ensure robust measurement and translate results into recommendations for optimization.
  • Buyer activations & merchandising: Provide category assistance for merchandising and buyer activations, offering valuable feedback to improve assortment, product presentation, and conversion. Support Trading Managers/Leads in planning and accomplishing consumer-facing buyer events, ensuring alignment with awareness and conversion goals.
