  • Assist with live production preparation, including show checks, run-of-show documentation, and stream readiness support.
  • Assist with live event broadcasts by monitoring stream status, addressing simple problems, and facilitating seamless transitions to Producers as required.

  • Support performance tracking by capturing post-event metrics including GMV, viewership, engagement, and event saves.
  • Help maintain and update programming playbooks, process documentation, and internal trackers.
  • Collaborate across marketing, category teams, and sellers to guarantee events are accurately set up and promoted.
  • Assist with post-event wrap-ups and internal shareouts to help advise future programming decisions.

  • Interest or foundational knowledge in live streaming, digital content, or e-commerce (experience with OBS, RTMP, or live platforms is a plus).
  • Comfortable working with data and supporting performance tracking and reporting.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and confidence working with sellers, hosts, and internal partners.
