Field Office Administrator – Fixed Term Contract 1 year
To give you an idea of how this flexible Admin role would look and feel, here are some areas you could expect to work in:
- Act as the first point of contact for the Service Team, ensuring calls and e-mails are handled promptly
- Create helpdesk cases and triage appropriately
- Manage work orders for service requests
- Schedule and arrange preventative maintenance inspections, mandatory or optional STBs, upgrades and small installs for both hardware and software
- Maintain the schedule of service contracts, including dates of visits, invoices, renewals, terminations and changes
The successful Field Office Administrator applicant will need a minimum of 4 x GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications at grade C or above, including English and Maths. You will also require:
- 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role with demonstrable skills
- An understanding of VMS business strategy and goals within an administrative and support function
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and SharePoint
- Knowledge of Word and Excel to intermediate level, plus Outlook experience
- Previous experience in a customer support role within the healthcare or closely related industry
