Field Office Administrator – Fixed Term Contract 1 year

To give you an idea of how this flexible Admin role would look and feel, here are some areas you could expect to work in:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Service Team, ensuring calls and e-mails are handled promptly
  • Create helpdesk cases and triage appropriately
  • Manage work orders for service requests
  • Schedule and arrange preventative maintenance inspections, mandatory or optional STBs, upgrades and small installs for both hardware and software
  • Maintain the schedule of service contracts, including dates of visits, invoices, renewals, terminations and changes

You will also require:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role with demonstrable skills
  • An understanding of VMS business strategy and goals within an administrative and support function
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel to intermediate level, plus Outlook experience
  • Previous experience in a customer support role within the healthcare or closely related industry
