What You’ll
Doing: Team leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of underwriters, driving high performance and capability growth.
Portfolio management: Oversee underwriting activity and pricing strategy to deliver profitable business outcomes across the Marine Cargo book.
Broker engagement: Build and maintain strong broker relationships to support business development and market presence.
Strategic contribution: Influence underwriting policy, regional initiatives and business strategy to support growth objectives.
