The Role We are currently hiring for a Portfolio Management Lloyd’s market experience is advantageous. Extensive relevant experience: Typically at least 10 years’ experience in insurance, including business partnering with diverse functions such as Underwriting, Delegated Underwriting, Operations and IT. Advanced analytical capability: Confident working with large volumes of data across multiple systems, with advanced proficiency in reporting applications and analytical methodologies. Influential communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the credibility to explain complex insights, challenge constructively and build alignment across technical and non-technical audiences. Sound judgement and delivery: A commercial, professional approach with the ability to resolve significant problems, manage competing priorities, guide multidisciplinary projects and deliver accurate outcomes within relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
